Wilson Metry formed a team with local construction contractor, Jim Clough of Benchmark Builders to submit a design build proposal to replace the Mill City, Oregon city hall building which was lost to fire in 2010.

The city required a low cost solution but one that represented their proud heritage of a Northwest lumber town.  The building must function as an administrative center and as a place to hold council meetings and city court.

We proposed an integrated building, using factory manufactured modules for the office and administrative functions and a custom site built larger room for the council court chambers framed with Douglas Fir timbers.
